NLP - origin and applications

Many people world over have already experienced the benefits of NLP

Payal's story

NLP was started by John Grinder, a linguistic professor, and Richard Bandler, a mathematician, at the University of California at Santa Cruz (UCSC), around 1975.

Many would like to believe that NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) was first developed in the U.S. in the early 70s from studying the thinking and behavioural skills used by particularly effective and successful people.

With NLP, many individuals have overcome fears, have become confident, mended their broken relationships, lived the life of their dreams and achieved greater success.

NLP has impacted not just individuals but also many organisations: by improving employee engagement; by serving as a retention tool; has been a catalyst in managing employee morale and productivity. It has also served as a platform for leadership development.

It has been successful in art , management, business development, marketing, public relations, education, alternative therapy, sports, armed forces, personal development and so on.
